Send the project location, a clear outline of the requested work, and the dates that matter. If a plan set or specification package is available, note that in your inquiry so the next step can be arranged.
For bid invitations
Include the bid deadline, project type and stage, approximate area, target start, and any relevant site or access constraints. A submission does not confirm participation in a bid or availability for a specific schedule.
For construction support
Describe which parts of the scope need support and how your project team expects responsibilities to be divided. Labor-only and labor-and-materials preferences can be raised for discussion.
Please do not send sensitive records, site credentials, or unrelated personal information through the request form. Plans can be requested through an appropriate channel after review.
