HOW IT WORKS

From the first question to the agreed scope.

Clear information helps a project move forward. Here is how an inquiry becomes a scope discussion, and what needs to happen before work can begin.

A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

Good work starts
with a clear scope.

01

Share the project.

Send your location, scope, timing, and a way to reach you. You do not need every answer before starting the conversation.

02

Review the scope.

Detroit Crews reviews the request and discusses the details. A site visit or additional plans may be appropriate.

03

Put it in writing.

When the scope is a fit, the written proposal defines the work and project terms. Work begins only after the necessary authorization.

04

Build. Finish. Handoff.

The agreed scope guides the work and the handoff. Project-specific expectations belong in the written agreement.

A website submission is the first step. It does not confirm project acceptance, scheduling, pricing, permits, a contract, or authorization. Those details belong in the project discussion and written agreement.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
break ground.

Have something else in mind?
Get in touch

What kind of projects can I ask about?

Ask about commercial framing, home renovations, home building, siding, flooring, carpentry, trim, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, drywall and mud, painting, power washing, and mortar and brick work. Industrial and custom scopes are reviewed individually.

Do you work with general contractors?

Detroit Crews welcomes framing and subcontracting inquiries from general contractors, builders, developers, and property managers. Include the project location, scope, available plans, bid deadline, and target schedule.

Can I get an instant price online?

The request form starts a scope review. Pricing depends on the work, location, materials, conditions, and schedule. A submission is not an estimate, contract, or authorization to begin work.

Do I need finished plans to get in touch?

No. Share the stage your project is at and what you hope to accomplish. If plans or photographs would help the discussion, Detroit Crews can arrange a suitable way to receive them after reviewing your request.

Where do you work?

Detroit Crews serves Southeast Michigan, including Detroit, Dearborn, Hamtramck, Farmington, Ann Arbor, and surrounding communities. Share your city and ZIP code so project location can be reviewed.
